PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the fine control of flow rate and to keep the area of opening constant by providing a gap between the outer periphery of the cylindrical part of leak valve and the leak valve housing part of a case and axially moving a slit control bar back and forth by rotating a rotator. SOLUTION: As for a case 20, a nozzle part 21 for connecting a hose is projected on one end face and a leak valve housing part 22 is formed inside. A leak valve 30 is housed by providing the gap between its outer peripheral surface and the inner surface of leak valve housing part 22. The leak valve housing part 22 is equipped with a step part 23 and a fixed ring 60 for locking the leak valve 30. A slit control bar 31 is inserted into a hole 31 of leak valve 30 by a screw 42 so as to freely move back and forth and the opening of slit 32 can be controlled. Thus, the opening area of slit 32 can be controlled and kept constant by moving the slit control bar 31 back and forth. |
