PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always provide the latest weather information for a user by generating sentences while integrating a text, for which the numerical data of weather prediction data to be inputted are converted, into the routine pattern of prepared weather prediction sentences and further, always updating processing for converting these sentences to voices and storing them as distribution data. SOLUTION: A numerical value/text converting part 32 converts the numerical data of predicted weather information from a weather prediction data input part 51 to the text. Besides, the converting part 52 stores the text, which is generated by embedding a text into the routine pattern corresponding to prediction data retrieved from a routine pattern managing part 53, into a distribution data storage part 55. Further, a text/voice converting part 54 converts that text to voice data and registers them in the distribution data storage part 55. Corresponding to the request of user, a reception part 56 retrieves and distributes the desired text or voice data from the distribution data storage part 55, and a prediction data updating and confirming part 57 always updates the data. Thus, the latest information can be provided at all the time. |
