PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the fogging of a vinyl chloride resin compsn. and greatly improve its resistances to cold and heat aging. SOLUTION: This compsn. comprises 100 pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin powder (A) having an average degree of polymn. (p) of 600-3,000 and an internal micropore vol. of 0.20 ml/g or higher. 80-150 pts.wt. trimellitic ester (B) of which the numbers (n) of carbon atoms of the main chains of alkyl groups are, on average, 6-9, and 5-25 pts.wt. fine-particle vinyl chloride resin (C) which has an average degree of polymn. (q) of 400-1,300 and such a primary particle size distribution that the mode at the side of smaller particle size is in the range of 0.1-0.4μm and that at the side of larger particle size, in the range of 0.9-1.4μm, and the compsn. satisfies the relation: 5<[ (n-8)×5+L}/p]×100<12 [wherein L is the amt. (pts.wt.) of ingredient B; and p and n are each described as above].
