PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To express various kinds of lumber, keep a stereoscopic effect, and lessen waste of lumber in use of laminated lumber by disposing a transparent film of polyvinylchloride resin or the like with a grain pattern-printed layer formed by transparent ink on the laminated lumber via a transparent adhesive. SOLUTION: The laminated lumber 1 is made by the use of lumber sliced into a 300μm thickness, nonwaven fabric is used for the lining paper 2, and the laminated lumber 1 is stuck thereto through an ethylene-acetate vinyl emulsion adhesive 3. An acrylic film of an about 50μm thickness is used for the transparent film 4, a grain pattern-printed layer is formed on the rear surface by the use of a solvent type ink through gravure print, and unevenness 6 is formed on the surface by an embossing method. Then, the transparent film 4 is stuck on the laminated lumber 1 in use of a transparent adhesive 7 for forming a grain sheet. The grain sheet is suitably used for fixture material such as a fitting baseboard and strip flooring of a door or the like.
