PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a device staby and to realize ozoneless directly injecting electrification over a long time with a low applied voltage regardless of soiling by a transferring toner remaining on a contact electrifying member by using the simple member such as an electrifying roller and a fur brush as the contact, that is, to realize the directly injecting electrification and a toner recycling process with a simple constitution using the contact electrifying member as an electrifying roller in the image forming device such as the contact electrifying system, a transferring system and the toner recycling process. SOLUTION: The developer 4d of a developing means 4 includes toner (t) and a conductive electrification accelerating particle (m) and the development of the electrostatic latent image of an image carrier 1 is performed by the developer 4d so that electrification accelerating particles included in the developer deposited on the image carrier at a developing part (a) and remaining on the image carrier after transfer are carried and interposed on at least a nip part (n) between the electrifying member 2 and the image carrier 1.
