<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable exact end-to-end communication over plural networks while including multicast by storing the correspondent relation of communication paths established on respective plural broadcast type networks and transferring data among the plural broadcast type networks based on this stored correspondent relation. SOLUTION: A connector 103 mutually connects 1st, 2nd and 3rd domestic networks(NW) 102, 104 and 106 and the correspondent relation of respective established channels is stored in a correspondence table. The NW 102 and 104 are IEEE1394, the NW 106 refers to the correspondence table through an interface part corresponding to the Eather net, and data are mutually transferred by executing prescribed protocol processing. Thus, the received data at a set top box STB 101 of digital satellite broadcast connected to the NW 106 are controlled by the connector 103 and can be distributed to 1st and 2nd terminals 105 and 107 of NW 104 and 106.</p> |
