摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a torque shock by switching an exhaust gas restriction. SOLUTION: A signal forming device 62 forms a first delay signal which is switched to a D range recognizing value with a timing later by a predetermined period than a timing at which a detection signal is switched to a D range and is switched to an N range recognizing value at a timing later by a predetermined period than a timing at which a detection signal is switched to an N range. A gear position correcting device 63 corrects a gear position in an idle engine speed control in response to the first delay signal. In contrast, another signal forming device 65 forms a second delay signal which is switched to the D range recognizing value at the timing at which the detection signal is switched to the D range and is switched to the N range recognizing value at the same timing as or a timing later than the timing at which the detection signal is switched to the N range recognizing value. An exhaust gas restriction control means 67 actuates or releases an exhaust gas restriction device 64 in response to the second delay signal in the case where heating is instructed.
