<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the strength at welds and ensure an enough pressure resistant reliability by a method wherein split bodies of a resin product, which are produced by integrally welding the resin split bodies, are made of a polyamide 6 and, at the same time, the respective split bodies are integrally joined by injection-welding with a polyamide 66. SOLUTION: When split bodies 2 and 3, the shapes of which are obtained by bisecting an intake manifold 1 along an axial crosssection, are respectively injection-molded out of a resin material made of a polyamide, notched parts 2b and 3b are formed over the whole periphery of the outer peripheral part on respective joint areas 2a and 3a sides. After being cooled and hardened, the split bodies are placed in a mold under the state that the joint areas 2a and 3a are abutted against each other, the notched parts are injection-welded. As a welding resin 4, the resin material made of a polyamide 66 is used so as to ill in a filling hole 5 formed by both the notched parts 2b and 3b. After the cooling and hardening of the resin material, the mold is opened and predetermined after workings such as deburring and the like are executed so as to complete an intake manifold 1. Thus, the strength at the weld can be improved and the high pressure resistant reliability can be ensured.</p> |
