PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable all of cut wastepaper generated in an office or the like to be standardly and constantly used in a distribution industry. SOLUTION: The wastepaper packaging apparatus comprises a hopper 1 positioned on an upper part for throwing in wastepaper, a cylindrical casing 2 provided connectedly below the hopper, a conveyer screw 3 having an outer diameter slightly smaller than an internal wall of the casing 2 and having blades placed over a lengthwise direction, a driving means M therefor, a longitudinal packaging means with a bag-making cylinder placed on a side of an outer diameter of the casing with a slit for forming the wastepaper discharged from the casing into a cylinder out of the casing 2 by longitudinally sealing a synthetic resin sheet along a discharged flow and also for laterally sealing the synthetic resin sheet 5 below the casing 2 for packaging the wastepaper in a bag, and a controller for controlling the driving means M and the longitudinal packaging means so that a dispense speed of the wastepaper and a feed speed of the synthetic resin sheet 5 match and for reversely rotating the conveyer screw 3 every predetermined number of advancing rotations in drive-controlling the driving means M. |
