PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the damaging of printed data caused by physical friction during use by providing a recording layer on a first substrate and a printing layer having visible information on a second substrate and arranging these layers close to each other. SOLUTION: A laser beam 10 is passed through a donor element supporting body 14 and focused on a pigment layer 16 including a pigment and a light absorbing structure. Heat generated by the absorption of the laser beam 10 evaporates and sublimates the pigment or transfers a colored pixel 24 from a donor element layer 3 on the inner surface 62 of the polymer supporting body 22a of the half 68 of a disk. A printed image is the mirror image of a specified image. A spacer bead 18 is arranged between a donor element 26 and the half 68 of the disk for maintaining a specified space (g). After an end compact disk is formed, a desired image is passed through the transparent poly carbonated disk polymer supporting body 22a and made visible.
