PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable production without skill by forming the temporary model of natural tooth from a premold and a tooth model, preparing its target, copying a bed, which is formed by cutting back the temporary model, into main body porcelain, depositing the main body porcelain of cut end on the bed, pressing and hardening the target. SOLUTION: Wax for soft is arranged on the die of repair object, the premold is pressed and the temporary model of the natural tooth is molded. Next, a target 28 is formed from this temporary model. Afterwards, the temporary model is cut according to a suitable cut end size, and a bed 34 to be copied is formed from porcelain or resin. The die is detached from this bed 34, copied with main body porcelain or resin and covered with a slurry 36 of the hardenable plaster-like material mixture. Then, the target 28 is pressed down, and a model having complicated surface feature and contour is formed. This model is hardened and the dental repair object is provided. Thus, production is enabled even without any special technical skill. |
