<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a welding efficiency, and to maintain and improve welding quality by the reduction of labor, by the centralized supervision of the operating conditions of the welding device and their management, with the installation of a wireless transmitter-receiver at the welding device control unit 2, the wireless transmitter-receiver at the remote control unit and by connecting them by a wireless communications. SOLUTION: A welding operator sets a welding condition at the welding unit 1 and transmits it to the radio station N installed in the welding device 7 from the radio station M, after making a confirmation of it at the display unit. As the radio station N sends a receipt message back to the station M, the welding operator is able to confirm that the welding condition is changed. The welding condition received by the station N is to be sent to an output command unit 4, and an output control unit 5 of the welding device 7 controls the condition as required. Furthermore, a censer unit 6 supervises the operating status of the welding device 7 and sends the data obtained, from the station N to the station M, resulting it possible for the operator to supervise the operating status of the welding machine 7 at the display unit 2.</p> |
