<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to elongate the delay time by providing a current limiting element, which is connected to the discharging path of electric charge in series, and a switching element, which is connected to the current limiting element in parallel and whose discharging direction is changed to the high impedance state when the voltage exceeding a threshold value is applied on a control terminal. SOLUTION: When photovoltaic power disappears, the electric charge, which is changed across the gate and the source of an output MOSFET 3 in an enhancement mode, does not flow through a switching element 5 having the high impedance until the voltage across the gate and the source of the output MOSFET 3 in the enhance mode becomes lower than the threshold voltage but is slowly discharged through a current limiting resistor 4a connected to the switching element 5 in parallel. Thus, the time from the time point when the input signal is lowered to the time point when the part between the drain and the source of the output MOSFET in the enhance mode becomes the high- impedance state from the low-impedance state and the output signal begins to be lowered, becomes long.</p> |
