PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a dielectric filter, in which the filter can be produced in a short time, work precision is high and the damage of a cutting tool is less. SOLUTION: A degreasing processing (S1) is executed for cleaning the surface of a porcelain element 2 and the surface of the porcelain element 2 is etched so as to make it rough for improving the adhesive strength of a plating layer formed in a post process. Then, a catalyst layer is formed on the whole face of the porcelain element 2 (S3). A part of the thin catalyst layer is removed (S4) and an area which is to become an insulating area is formed. Then, a conducting layer is formed in an area except for the insulating area by executing a plating processing so as to manufacture the dielectric filter (S5). Since the catalyst layer is thin, removing time is short and productivity is superior. An ultrasonic cutting machine requires only small power, work precision improves and running cost is suppressed. |
