PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a pulled cable and perform an efficient stringing work by detecting more precisely the tension applied on the pulled cable and giving an alarm to a worker if the tension exceeds a given value. SOLUTION: A connecting member 1, whose one end is connected to a traction rope R and the other end to a cable C to be pulled, is provided with a swivel mechanism, which makes rotatable at least one end of the connecting member 1, a detecting means, which detects the tension applied to the connecting member 1 from the traction rope R, and an FM transmitter, which transmits a signal if the detecting means detects a given tension. In the stringing work of pulling eh traction rope R and the cable C put on metal wheels K, a worker, if alarmed with a buzzer of a receiver 13, is enabled to protect the pulled cable C by adjusting a pulling force. |
