PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the degree of freedom in the design of coupling level between a resonance frequency and a resonator by making the cross-sectional shape of large inner diameter part into almost extended circle or almost elliptic circle and inclining its long diameter direction in the arranging direction of plural resonator holes. SOLUTION: Inside of an almost cubic dielectric block 1, a pair of counter faces are passed through and inside that face, resonator holes 2a and 2b forming an inner conductor 3 are provided. Concerning these resonator holes 2a and 2b, the side of its released terminal is made into large inner diameter part 20 and the side of its short-circuitted terminal is made into small inner diameter part 22. At the same time, the cross-sectional shape on the face of large inner diameter part 20 vertical to axial direction is made into extended circle, and that long diameter direction is inclined at a prescribed angle in the arranging direction of two resonator holes 2a and 2b. Thus, self-capacitances Ci and Cj are respectively generated between the released terminal side of inner conductor 3 and an outer conductor 4, besides, a mutual capacitance Cij is generated between the inner conductors on the adjacent released terminal sides of resonators and further, an external coupling capacitance Ce is generated between the inner conductor on the released terminal side of each resonator and an input/ output electrode. |
