PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form decorative frames by heating a ready made goods molded to straight members with a thermoplastic resin and curving them along the peripheral edge of each opening. SOLUTION: A plate glass 5 is fitted to an elliptical opening 3 provided in a panel main body 1A by using a decorative frame 2. Also for openings 4, 4, a decorative board 6 is fitted with a decorative frame 7. Also, the decorative frames 2, 7 is a thermoplastic synthetic resin using vinyl chloride foamed resin, ABS resin foamed body and the like as main raw materials, and they are ready-made goods with a cross section almost rectangular. The decorative edge 7 is used by cutting to the dimensions required. After heating the decorative frame 2 to a predetermined temperature, this goods of raw material is fitted to curved portions recessed for molding so as to form an elliptical shape as same as that of the opening 3 on the surface of the molding dies, thereafter, the decorative frame is cooled and hardened by natural curing, and a decorative frame formed to a curved shape as same as that of the opening 3 is used. Thus, decorative frames corresponding to the openings of various curved shapes can be easily formed. |
