PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a handle cover that protects a hand holding an umbrella and a cuff by providing an opening in the lower portion of a conical cover body, providing a shaft pipe receiving portion in the upper portion, and mounting rubber thereon, and providing continuously an attachment/detachment opening provided with an engagement device faced to the lower portion of the cover body. SOLUTION: A cover body 1 is formed in conical form, an opening 2 is provided in the lower portion of the cover body 1, a shaft pipe receiving portion 3 is provided in the upper portion, and rubber 4 is mounted on the shaft pipe receiving portion 3 expansibly. An attachment/detachment opening 5 is provide from the shaft pipe receiving portion 3 below the cover body 1, and an engaging device 6 is mounted on the detachment opening 5. To use it, an umbrella handle is inserted from the attachment/detachment opening 5, the attachment/ detachment opening 5 is engaged by the engaging device 6 in a position where the handle is covered by the cover body 1, and the shaft pipe receiving portion 3 is fixed to the shaft pipe of the umbrella. And one puts his hand in the opening 2, and holds the handle. The hand supporting the handle and a cuff are protected from rainwater. |
