摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the toner and its manufacturing method prevented from selective attachment of fine inorganic grains to colored grains and the occurrence of a weakly or reversely charged toner and scattering of the toner and to improve the drop of fluidity by using a resin high in hydrophobicness and a quaternary ammonium salt and fine positively chargeable inorganic grains rendered hydrophobic. SOLUTION: The toner manufacturing method has a process for mixing the colored grains containing the quaternary ammonium salt and a releasing agent with the fine positively chargeable inorganic grains, and the water content of the colored grains is 0.1-2.0 weight % and that of the fine positively chargeable inorganic grains is 0.3-3.0 weight % under the absolute humidity of 4-40 g H2 O/kg dry air. The quaternary ammonium salt is represented by the formula in which R is a 4-20C aliphatic group; each of R1 -R3 is, independently, a 1-20C aliphatic group; A<n-> is an anion; and (n) is an integer of 1-6.</p>
