PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an answerer to generate inconsistent answers to mutually related questions in a research sheet consisting of plural questions. SOLUTION: Another question related to a question to be answered at present is retrieved from a relative table storing the relative information of respective questions (step S2), and when the relative question exists, the answer result is retrieved from an answer table (step S4), and when a relative quation having the answer result exists, its question sentence is retrieved from a research table (step S6). The retrieved question sentence and the answer result are displayed simultaneously with the question in the answer (step S7). |
