PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speedy reliable method and device used for controlling the delivery and/or collection of goods/goods containers. SOLUTION: A driver 24 receives at a service center a mobile data terminal 1 provided with a bar code scanner for reading data required to control the delivery and/or collection of goods, reads the bar code data of a route and a carrying vehicle and stores them in the data terminal 1 and displays them in a readable format, visits all customers 201 , 202 ,..., 20N, reads the bar code data of the customers and goods/goods containers to be collected or delivered and stores them and day and time in the data terminal 1, displays them on the display 4 of the data terminal 1 in the readable format, and when the delivery or collection is finished, transfers the data from the data terminal 1 to a computer system in the service center. |
