PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain excellent surface smoothness without shrink by incorporating a loop coil for antenna and an IC chip in a foam vinyl chloride sheet being foamed so that the coil and the chip can be embedded. SOLUTION: A loop coil for antenna and an IC chip 2 are disposed on a plastic sheet 1. The chip 2 is disposed on the sheet 1 by providing a through hole. It is is sandwiched between two foam sheets 3, an oversheet 4 is then superposed thereon, sandwiched from both sides between chrome plated steel sheets 5, heated, and pressurized in an atmosphere evacuated in vacuum to collapse bubbles in the sheet 3. Thereafter, it is punched in a card shape to obtain the non-contact type IC card. Foaming magnification of the sheet 3 is set so that a thickness of the sheet 3 becomes a thickness or more of the coil and the chip 2 (COB). |
