PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor package having a connector function for connecting packages. SOLUTION: A part of a main package body 10 made of insulating material is formed on a board 40 provided with a connecting circuit 20 for electrically connecting the electrode of a semiconductor chip 30 to mount the semiconductor chip 30 on the board 40. A male connector 50 is formed on one end of the package main body 10 and is provided with a male connecting terminal 52. A female connector 60 is formed on the other end of the package main body 10 and is provided with a female connecting terminal 62. The male and female connecting terminals 52, 62 are electrically connected to the connecting circuit 20 of the board 40 and the male connector 50 is inserted into the female connector 60 to electrically connect the male connecting terminal 52 to the female connecting terminal 62. This can mechanically electrically connect the packages.
