PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite container having a combination of advantages such as molding accuracy, strength and machining characteristics as an injection- molded article and advantages such as a printing effect, lightness in weight and easy incineration as a paper container. SOLUTION: This composite container has a blank sheet 1 formed by laminating paper and resin on each other and a holding frame 2 made of a thermoplastic resin for cylindrically holding the blank sheet 1, and is provided with a body 11, an upper closing portion 12 and a bottom. A thermoplastic resin is injected into an injection mold, in which the blank sheet 1 is cylindrically placed in advance, through a gate bored in the mold with respect to at least a seam of the blank sheet 1, the upper closing portion 12 and a lower opening edge part of the body 11, and the holding frame 2 is formed. Thus, by integrating the blank sheet 1 with the thermoplastic resin, the body 11 and the upper closing portion 12 are molded, and a bottom forming member 13, which is a member different from the body 11 and the upper closing portion 12, is welded to the annular holding frame 2 formed at the lower opening edge part. |
