The improvements consist in the wall of an isothermal bag being formed by three superposed layers 3, 4 and 5 joined intimately together, but which can be separated, in which the layer 3 is the inner layer, consisting of a sheet of high-density polyethylene with polyethylene foam, which sheet has a series of transverse holes 6. The layer 4 is the intermediate layer and consists of a sheet of absorbent or cellulose paper, while the layer 5 is the outer layer and consists of a sheet of polypropylene or polyethylene with a microperforation 7. This wall structure of the bag allows the absorption of moisture from the product contained therein by the absorbent layer 4, via the holes 6, so that, on the basis of the microperforations 7, evaporation of this moisture and consequent absorption of heat from the inside of the bag will take place, which gives rise to cooling of the product contained therein. <IMAGE>
