It consists in the use of a mechanism for removing, supporting, lowering and rotating the battery 30 by means of a platform 5 which ascends and descends rotating on a column 4, installed on a support 2, provided with auxiliary fastening means 3 and 3', the battery 30 facing into an opening formed by the structure 41 of a transportation vehicle 40 provided with support webbing 43 for the battery 30, the battery 30 being transferred in the vehicle 40, independently or with an auxiliary vehicle 50, to the cleaning installation, where it is deposited on a vehicle 60 provided with support cylinders 62 and 62' aligned in the upper part by means of a gradual displacement of the battery 30 by lowering the support webbing or clamps 43, until the cleaning operation takes place, at which point the operations are carried out in reverse order until the battery 30 is deposited in the installation 31. <IMAGE>
