PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reproduction only high-density optical disk which consists of a structure capable of increasing a recording capacity and assuring durability and may be improved in the yield of production with simple work. SOLUTION: This optical disk is constituted by forming reflection films 12A, 12B on both surfaces of a first substrate 10 recorded with information on both surfaces and forming translucent films 16A, 16B on second and third substrates 18A, 18B recorded with information on one side, then adhering the second and third substrates 18A, 18B recorded with the information on one side to both sides of the first substrate 10. |
