PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use one information management card as a prepaid card for an unspecified person as well as a specific customer management card. SOLUTION: Plural customer information management cards 1-1 ,..., 1-n have card numbers and prepaid amounts printed in printing parts and are sold to unspecified persons; and when a purchaser desires the use of this customer information management card 1, the card number in the printing part of the customer information management card 1 is erased by a reader/writer 11 and a personal computer 12, and his member's number and member information on use conditions like his name are printed and are stored in the personal computer 12 as customer management information. |
