PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately inform the user of a data missing point and minimize the effect on the control due to the missing of data by installing a device for detecting and displaying a facility short of observation values which is to be used for the calculation for determining the states of physical quantities of the entire power system using the data collected from the power system. SOLUTION: Physical quantities of a power system are observed at an arbitrary sample point by an observatory equipment installed in the facility of the power system 101, and the observation result is collected as the physical quantity data by a data collecting equipment 102 and is transmitted to a database 103 to be stored there. Then, the connection states of a system configuration are generated by a system configuration generating equipment 104, and then the state of the power system is determined by a system state determining equipment 105. In the case that the state of the power system cannot be determined owing to the missing of data or other causes, the information is sent to an observation point lacking facility detector 106, which detects and displays a facility lacing in observation points. By this method, the information for finding out the causes for the missing of data can be immediately given to the user. |
