PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily enter an order from a FAX terminal or a telephone terminal to an existing order entry information processor distributed as a computer terminal. SOLUTION: When a FAX terminal 1 is line-connected to an order entry information converter 6, an order entry information processor 8 is specified by initial service control. In the case of commodity retrieval, the converter 6 reads out retrieving service control information from the processor 8, executes service control to the terminal 1, converts image information retrieved from the processor 8 into FAX image information, and sends the FAX image information. In the case of commodity order, the converter 6 reads out personal certification/order service control information from the processor 8, executes service control to the terminal 1 and sends the read information to the processor 8. After executing personal certification processing, ordering processing is executed. |
