PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer a signal between a monitoring part and a cordless monitoring camera device through one line by operating line control so that speech can be attained through one line between the cordless monitoring camera apparatus corresponding to a received identification code and the monitoring part. SOLUTION: A monitoring part 1 calls a monitor camera control part 300 through a public line 4, local cordless telephone connecting device 3, and antenna 2, and requests connection with monitoring camera apparatus 100 and 110. The monitoring camera controlling part 300 transmits the connection request from the monitoring part 1 to monitoring cameras 100-111. The monitoring camera apparatus 100 and 110 are directly connected through one line with the monitoring part 1, and the monitoring camera apparatus 100 and 110 alternately transmit encoded picture data to the monitoring part 1, and receives a control signal from the monitoring part 1. The monitoring camera control part 300 supports connection with the monitoring camera apparatus so that any monitoring camera apparatus can be called with one calling number from an outside location such as the monitoring part 1. |
