<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a required antibacterial and phosphorescent action with a small amount of antibacterial agent and phosphorescent substance for a cassette shell and case by coating them with a resin paint containing such agent and substance, compared with the case of forming a cassette shell and case with a resin containing conventional antibacterial agent and phosphorescent substance. SOLUTION: The surface of a cassette shell is given a prescribed coating with a resin ink 1 containing an antibacterial agent and phosphorescent substance. As a method for coating with such ink 1, a general printing method is used such as an offset, thermal transfer, gravure, and silk screen. Otherwise, the cassette shell is dipped in or sprayed with the ink. As a result, only the surface can be efficiently provided with an antibacterial and phosphorescent action, enabling protection against bacterial contamination and also allowing easy identification of recorded contents or a title at night or in a dark place inside a vehicle for example.</p> |
