PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a continuous system of small transmission loss in normal times, and stabilize the system at the time of an accident. SOLUTION: In normal times, breakers 20, 25, 23, 26 are closed, and breakers 21, 22, 24, 27 are opened, thereby constituting an AC continuous system. When a system accident is generated, breakers 21, 27 are closed, breakers 23, 25 are opened, BTB converters 10, 11 are started, and a DC continuous system is constituted. A stabilization control equipment 12 controls the BTB converters 10, 11, on the basis of frequency data of both systems. As a result, electric power necessary to maintain the system frequency is supplied, and the system is stabilized. |
