PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with the addition of a new material without the need of interposing a system manager or the like every time a material is added by selecting the sub set of an item document by using an item document selection rule corresponding to respective author catalog data. SOLUTION: A central processing unit(CPU) 17 is connected through an interface 15 to a dedicated internet link 13, the interface 15 is connected to a modem 3 as well and a user directly accesses it by a dial telephone line 5. Further, the CPU 17 is connected to a component memory 25, the memory 25 stores the respective different components of Ola (R) server and the components are arranged and edited by a web page standard template stored in the memory 25. Thus, an entry required inside a forum archive and a forum home page is automatically formed and the item is utilized by the user without the need of the intervention of a forum manager.
