<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exclude unnecessary data input as much as possible with simple constitution and to input only necessary data by detecting wind pressure generated by a speaker and placing a voice recognition means in operation within a measurement period of a timer when wind pressure exceeding a prescribed level is detected. SOLUTION: A control part 11 monitors the wind pressure level outputted by a wind pressure sensor 13 and places the voice recognition part 14 in operation when detecting the output level is larger than the prescribed level to input the voice signal inputted from a microphone 12 to the voice recognition part 14. Further, when the wind pressure level is larger than the prescribed level, the control part 11 sets the timer 15. In the set period of the timer 15, the voice recognition part 14 is placed in operation to perform voice recognition. Thus, the voice recognition is performed only for the specific period after the wind pressure larger than the prescribed level is detected, so the wind pressure level need not be monitored continuously and the voice recognition part 14 is controlled with simple constitution.</p> |
