PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve line efficiency and reduce production cost by providing an extended member which extends to the side of a toroidal transmission mechanism or the outer peripheral side in a transmission case, on the side of an oil pump, and by making a support wall installed on the extended member opposed to a carrier of a planetary gear system. SOLUTION: A reverse clutch 7 is furnished with a clutch drum 42 arranged outward in the diametrical direction of a clutch drum 29, but this clutch drum 42 is formed of a drum shape extended member extending rightward from a right side part of an oil pump 5. Thereafter, two lines of peripheral wall parts 45a, 45b extending along an overall periphery in the peripheral direction are formed separately from each other in the diametrical direction on the right side part of the oil pump 5 positioned inward in the diametrical direction of the clutch drum 42, a cylinder chamber 46 is made between the peripheral wall parts 45a, 45b, and a piston 47 is fit in it. Additionally, a support wall 50 to hold thrust force is provided between an advance and reverse change-over mechanism 9 and a toroidal transmission mechanism, and its inner peripheral part is arranged opposite to a carrier plate 39a of a carrier 38. |
