Car dashboard speed dial device for Km to mile rapid conversion

The device includes a transparent plastic disc with adhesive surface which is stuck onto dashboard of a car over the speedometer dial. The disc surface has printed graduations and figures indicating speed in either Km per hour or miles per hour.
