SOLUTION: An input control part 3 delivers data inputted from a display/ input device 2 by the operator to an address book editing part 5 and the handwriting input frame 8, etc. A display control part 4 displays characters and graphics, etc., to the display/input device 2 for the display request of the address book editing part 5 and the handwriting input frame 8. The address book editing part 5 performs the editing processing of a new address book and the updating processing of an address book registered in a built-in storage device 10. An area display information storage memory 9 stores the display position information of the handwriting input frame 8 or the like. When the instruction button of a handwriting input frame display position change instruction means 81 for changing the display position of the handwriting input frame 8 is touched, a handwriting input frame display position change means 82 is activated.
