PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wide angle image input output device with a simple configuration by which an image is received correctly even from a mobile object and a wide angle image is acquired while the mobile object stands still at an optional position in an image. SOLUTION: Image areas 200, 202, 204 adjacent side by side spacially are received by one frame number or over, a motion vector is obtained by each received image area, images 206, 208, 210 at a specific time from the start of input of each image area till its end are acquired according to the motion vectors, and the acquired images are synthesized to synthesize the image to provide an output of a wide angle image 212 at a specific time. |
