PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the redirection method in which an incoming call to a PHS terminal is enabled, even when the PHS terminal being a destination object is moved between a public network dependent type PHS enterprise network and a public network connection type PHS enterprise network. SOLUTION: In the case that a PHS terminal 10 having a contract with a connection type PHS network 7 is resident in an area of a dependent-type PHS network 8 (roaming state) and a call is made to the PHS terminal 10, a caller exchange 1 makes routing once to the connection type PHS network 7 (1), receives a redirection instruction, including a roaming number from the connection-type PHS network 7 and makes a switch-back (2). Then the caller exchange 1 starts redirection, accesses a PHS service control station 11 (3), receives (4) an area number denoting a mobile destination of the PHS terminal 10 in the communication network (dependent-type PHS network 8) denoted by the roaming number and executes (5) re-connection based on the information.
