PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure an excellent smoke capturing performance by optimizing the suction air flow of front, rear and side suction ports. SOLUTION: A hollow upright tube 4 projects upward from the left or right side part of a cooking table arranged, on the upper surface thereof, with a range 2 having a plurality of burners 1. A suction hood 9 communicating with the upper part of the upright tube 4 defines a front suction port 6, rear suction port 7 and a side suction port along with a top hood 5 covering the rear part from the center of a front burner 1. The upright tube 4 communicates with the outdoor through a discharge path 10 provided with a fan 12 and maximizes the air to be sucked through the front suction port 6. According to the structure, a large quantity of smoke or waste gas generated from the front burner 1 can be discharged efficiently to the outdoor. |
