<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a disk from entering or remaining within a main body while maintaining the seating property and easiness for taking out of the disk by abutting the edge part of the disk to a part of the recessed and inclined peripheral wall for seating the disk and providing the stopper wall regulating detachment of the disk. SOLUTION: When the small disk 8 comes out of the small seating surface 6 due to the skating miss after the holding of time small disk 8 chucked is released, if it is unloaded in the direction Y taking the disk out, the small disk 8 is transferred from the seating recessed part 3 and the seating surface 4 to the tray housing direction X side because of inertia. Since the edge part 9 of the small disk 8 transferring because of inertia is abutted to the stopper wall 7 having the same curvature as the small disk 8 and stopped, detachment from the seating recessed part 3 is regulated, and the small disk 8 is made not to remain within the disk driving device main body 10. At this time, even though the small disk 8 floats from the seating surface 4, the projecting part 11 from the tray surface 2 of the stopper wall 7 is abutted to the edge part 9 of the small disk 8, whereby detachment from the seating recessed part 3 is regulated.</p> |
