PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a liquid storing tank and its installation space small in size, and effectively absorb the vibration of a structural body with no damping member required in particular. SOLUTION: In this synchronizing liquid damping device which is formed out of a liquid storing tank 12, and of liquid to be stored in the inside of the storing tank 12, set in the upper part of a structure 11, and absorbs the vibration of the structure, muddy water 13 is used as liquid. Besides, heavy muddy water 13 comprising weight auditioning material mixed with muddy water is preferably used. Aforesaid heavy muddy water is formed up by mixing for example, very fine barite with a specific gravity of 4.3 with electrolytic bentonite water together with thickener, dispersing agent and alkaline agent. |
