PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the systematic maintenance management of building by generating and displaying a long-term repair plan which puts together costs that are annually needed to repair each device and facility and/or part in a building and the total costs for designated years. SOLUTION: When a 'to inspection reference' button on a management register image is operated, the image 31 of a maintenance inspection reference that is related to the device is displayed. Because about inspection load, an annual total load changes in accordance with an inspection cycle, an annual inspection different cycle converted score is set in each kind of an inspection cycle, and when the button 82 of 'load converted score setting' on the maintenance inspection reference image 81 is selected and operated, annual total load 84 for each inspection class and annual total load 83 for each device are automatically calculated from an inspection cycle and inspection load values. Further, when the button 85 of 'annual inspection load' is operated, an annual inspection load summing image is displayed. This makes it possible to easily confirm trial calculation for repair costs that are needed in future and repair time. |
