PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passage object discrimination device which discriminates between passage of a vehicle and that of a person or the like other than vehicles on a road exclusive to vehicles to properly report the passage of the vehicle and that of others. SOLUTION: This device has a first detector A and a second detector B which detects a vehicle 1 and a person on a road 20 which has such width that only one vehicle can pass, and first and second detectors A and B are so set that the detection position of the first detector A and that of the second detector B are separated by a prescribed gap in the going direction of the vehicle 1. If the second detector B detects the object while the first detector A detects the object, the object is judged to be the vehicle 1. |
