PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed phase controller which can attain prompt leading-in of tracking or prompt leading-in of a phase control servo with a simple formation by increasing the gain of a phase control loop to be higher than that in a conventional type. SOLUTION: In the case of adding a speed error obtained by conducting sampling by the first sampling frequency in a speed detector 7 to a phase error obtained by conducting sampling by the second sampling frequency which is lower than the first sampling frequency in a phase detector 11, the phase error may be added to the speed error only in the timing of a phase detection sampling, and the phase error is not added to the speed error in the timing of a speed detection sampling, which is not the timing of the phase detection sampling. As a result, the frequency of the phase detection sampling is increased to the speed detection sampling virtually and the gain of a phase control loop is increased, thus it is possible to attain prompt leading-in of a phase. |
