PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a line construction management system and its method capable of executing efficient construction management and a recording medium recording a line construction management program. SOLUTION: Data for a construction managing data table 22 are prepared in accordance with a construction sort in each terminal to be constructed, equipment data necessary for construction are read out from an equipment data table 21 based on the data of the table 22 and a wiring route is prepared. A construction instruction manual is prepared based on a construction instruction data and the contents of the tables 21, 22 are updated in accordance with the state of construction.
