PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of recording/reproducing by reducing the influence of dirt due to the adhesion of dust or the like to a contact. SOLUTION: When a card C is inserted, a mounting stand 34 starts to be moved to an inverting position detected by a detector 37 arranged on the side of an inserting port 32 and the counter edge 39b of a shielding plate 39. When a holding member 41 is separated from a shaft 42, the card C is held and the stand 34 is further moved and positioned on the inverting position during the process, the vertical arm of an IC head 43 is separated from an abutting member 50. When spindles 45, 46 are respectively moved along guide grooves 48, 49 by the tensile force of a coil spring 47, the head 43 is turned to a contact state with the card C. The locus of a contact 44 is slightly slided after contact between the contact 44 and an IC chip C2. Thereby the sliding face of the IC chip C2 is cleaned by the contact 44 and fine contact state can be maintained. |
