PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently remove a heat from the air passing a housing, by providing a fan for forcedly blowing an air into a flow channel formed with a thin wall which connects facing surfaces of a heat-conductive main body. SOLUTION: A heat radiation assembly is provided with a main body 10 which is a heat-conductor, with a cavity 12 provided at its center, and the cavity 12 is provided with a rotative fan 14. A first plate 16 and a second plate 18 on the side facing it are connected each other with a plurality of thin walls, separated form each other, or a fin 20. At the first plate 16, an opening is formed at an intermediate part of a flow channel. The flow channel is divided into two pairs with the formed cavity 12 in between, with each flow channel communicating with the cavity 12. A radial fan 14 comprising a blade is provided in the cavity 12, and an air moves through the flow channel 22 when the fan 14 is rotated. So, the air passes through the flow channel 22, and absorbs a thermal energy from the wall 20 or plates 16 and 18. |
