PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode composition excellent in large-current characteristic without losing high energy density quality inherent to a disulfide compound by blending the disulfide compound, conductive carbon powder and a phthalocyanine complex with an ion conductive polymer at a specific ratio, respectively. SOLUTION: This electrode composition contains 50 to 350 pts.wt. of a disulfide compound, 10 to 120 pts.wt. of conductive carbon powder, and 5 to 120 pts.wt. of a phthalocyanine complex respectively blended with 100 pts.wt. of an ion conductive polymer. In the electrode composition, the ion conductive polymer and the phthalocyanine complex are blended with the disulfide compound. Consequently, oxidation-reduction reaction in the disulfide compound is promoted and internal resistance at ordinary temperature drops. Since a voltage drop at the time of discharging large current is reduced, the electrode composition has an excellent large current characteristic. |
